the Over 40 Protocol. And today, I’m going
to give you a tip. Right here, my own
fridge, I’m going to show you the number one food
if you’re over the age of 40. Just like me, I’m 46 years old– if you’re over the age of 40,
the number one food to help you reset your fat burning hormones. Did you hear what I just said? We’re going to reset
your fat burning hormones using strategic foods. And you’re going to implement
these right away, OK? Now, the first one, and it’s
really one type of food, but I’m going to
show you numerous one flavors that we love. Blackberries– amazing. Strawberries–
love strawberries. I know you do too. They’re amazing. Raspberries– raspberries,
these are amazing. And then also, last but
not least, blueberries. These foods, I want
you to strategically put these back into
your diet because this is going to help you
boost your metabolism. It’s going to help you
boost your hormones. And it’s going to help the
brain function in your body to work that little
thyroid so that you can start burning those cells
that are just not releasing in here. Release them so they
can be burned off. Wouldn’t that be the most
amazing thing in the world? Well guess what? Today, it is your
day because this is the key to helping you
because it’s the number one food that you’re going
to strategically put back into your diet. And this is all
carbohydrates, right? Right. Well guess what? If you’re on keto, by the

because it’s probably what you’re going to need. It’s very rare that anyone
goes on the keto diet and they actually stay on it for
the duration of up to 90 days because that’s all you’re
allowed stay on it, by the way. And even if you
do, a lot of times, everyone– not only
a lot of times, but 99% of the time–
everyone goes back to eating carbohydrates
because who can stay away from strawberries, watermelon,
bananas, all that, oranges, pears, grapes, apples? It’s so delicious. And it’s one of
those things that you need to actually help you boost
your fat burning hormones. Now, again, I’m 46 years old. I have been helping
nutritionally and exercise-wise moms,
dads, professional athletes, all kinds, Olympians– you
name it– military for over 20 plus years. And I can tell you that one of
the main factors of everyone over the age of 40
is, unfortunately, our hormones start to do this. We want them to do this so that
we can continuously release the cells and burn them off. That’s the key. That’s the key. And I want you to start putting
these back into your diet immediately because
I promise you it’s the number one
food that’s going to help you trigger
those hormones in the right direction. Now, what’s happening
is fad diets are really taking a toll
on peoples’ systems. The number one tip
that I’m telling you here is that these
carbohydrates– these foods– can be
used strategically to help you boost those hormones
and burn off those cells. What does the keto diet do? It’s supposed to put you in
ketosis, which is a frickin’ nightmare to get there. God bless the fact
that if anyone gets keto flu because
it’s just like the flu, and it’s horrible. It’s not something
that’s sustainable. Keto is not sustainable
for 99% of everyone that walks this Earth. God created berries. God created carbohydrates
for a reason. It’s because our bodies need it. So I’m telling you. You can strategically
put these back in. Now, you’re going to
strategically mealtime. You’re going to strategically
pair certain foods together– combinations. And you’re strategically going
to put high-carb cheat meals back into your diet to

Crohn’s disease flare. And you know what
that looks like? It looks like eight ulcers
inside her intestines. It’s horrible. So eating lard and a
little bit of protein, which you’re allowed
to have on a keto diet, is just not a way of life. I want you to strategically
