Ok the next move we’re going to cover in jump
roping is we’re going to do the crossing the hands in front of us as we’re jump roping,
Shane is going to help us with that in just a moment because I certainly can’t do that.
As we’re jumping, jumping rope in the gym, I try to have everybody jump at least three
rounds of jump roping after they get done their, their stretching. So the first round
of jump roping can be you know the basic jump roping on two feet and then you might do a
second round on alternating twice on one foot and twice on the other. But at some point
you’re going to want to start trying new things and of course I do look at the other boxers
you know you see them doing all this other stuff so you might want to try it. So what
we got know is a way to help develop a little more agility, a little more hand eye coordination
and its almost like an optical illusion but Shane is going to help us out with twisting
the jump rope in front of you as your jumping. Shane. That’s good. Alright twisting the jump rope
