  11. I've recently saved the playlist and thought I'd look at this meal plan. I was shocked at how much salt you're adding to nearly every meal! I read salt causes bloating and water retention, which is something I have cut back on, I've also been trying to slowly reduce the amount of sugar I have, like in my hot tea and near enough cut out coffee. 'Diet' is very difficult for me due to allergy, allergic to red, green and yellow peppers. I can't stand ginger either and I can't have anything with soya or lactose. I have also cut out beef altogether since I can't digest it. So I think even though my results may take a longer time I have to skip the meal plans but they do all look very nice.
